As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, BDO Jawad Habib Qatar recently organized Al Wakrah beach cleaning , in co-operation with the local municipality.
The objective of the event was to create awareness for a clean and healthy environment and reflection of BDO Jawad Habib’s commitment to the local community.The slogan of the event was “What matters to you, matters to us”. More than 40 employees of BDO Jawad Habib, with their families participated in the programme and collected cans, bottles, plastic bags and other trash during the clean-up drive.Qatar office Partner Mr Abbas Al Radhi, Audit Partner Gavin Brown and Advisory Partner Bipin Shete led the cleaning activities of different teams. The company gave away certificates to all employees in recognition of their participation.
“This initiative demonstrates our firm's commitment to our local community in creating awareness about protecting the environment and making a difference through voluntary work,” Abbas Al Radhi said.
